I was being given a tour through the Cairo Zoo by one of the keepers when he asked me if I had ever held a lion. "Held a Lion" I said in my most stunned manner. I guess he took it as a NO and he flipped this cage with a mother and cub open, grabbed the cub and plunked it into my hands. (all 40kg of Him)
I noted the mother was watching me very very closely, so I made soothing sounds and then handed the cub to my wife.

I also sell photo gifts (t-shirts, mugs, etc.). We are located about 20km (12mi) NW of the Toronto International Airport in the city of Brampton.
